Britain says it will do whatever is necessary to destroy the Islamic State jihad…jihadists who murdered the British hostage, David Haynes. Prime Minister David Cameron said they were not Muslims but monsters who must be hunted down and brought to justice. Mr. Haynes was kidnapped in Syria 18 months ago.
The United States has urged North Korea to pardon three American citizens who are being held in detention.The plea came shortly after one of them, Matthew Miller, was sentenced to six years hard labor for committing what was described as hostile acts against the North Korean government.
Queen Elizabeth has made her first public comments on the Scottish referendum on independence from The UK. She said she hoped people would think very carefully about the future where they cast their ballots on Thursday. The queen was speaking to members of the public near the Balmoral State in Scotland.
